Cancellation

As a rule, all sales made on BRAINWIZ are final and you should not be entitled to cancel your online learning order placed, once you have received confirmation of the same.

We reserves the sole right to cancel any order as per our discretion in case

  • (a) We are unable to deliver the order in the satisfactory manner
  • (b) The user tries to take the advantage of the system which violates the Terms of Use

    • Refund Policy

    We follow a strict No Refund policy. To help you make an informed decision, all our online courses allow you to try a part of the course (usually about 10% of the course) before you enroll for the course.

    Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices. We can assist you to get started with the course, if you are having any trouble.

    Participant Exchange: Participant will not be allowed to exchange the course with the other participant

    Multiple payments for the same course: In case participant made extra payment (same course bought multiple times) for the same course, refund will be issued upon request. There will be a 3.0% transaction cost charged by credit card processor per transaction.
